CONSOLIDATION OF EVERY 10 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN SAUDIGOLD GROUP BERHAD ("SG" OR THE "COMPANY") ("SG SHARE(S)" OR "SHARE(S)") HELD AT 5.00 P.M. ON 24 APRIL 2026 INTO 1 SG SHARE ("CONSOLIDATED SHARE(S)") ("SHARE CONSOLIDATION")

Ex Date : 23 April 2026.

Entitlement Date : 24 April 2026 (Book Close Date)

Please ensure you submit the correct quantity of reduced SG shares (Number of SG shares held / 10) if you wish to sell them from 23/04/2026 to 24/04/2026. Please ensure that all outstanding GTD orders for counter SG (if any) are cancelled before market open on 23/04/2026.
