Kindly take note of the following Share Consolidation exercise by ALAM MARITIM RESOURCES BERHAD.

CONSOLIDATION OF EVERY 10 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN ALAM MARITIM RESOURCES BERHAD ("AMRB" OR THE "COMPANY") ("AMRB SHARES" OR "SHARES") HELD AT 5.00 P.M. ON 2 JULY 2025 INTO 1 SHARE ("CONSOLIDATED SHARE") ("SHARE CONSOLIDATION").

Ex Date : 01 July 2025.

Entitlement Date : 02 July 2025 (Book Close Date)

Please ensure you submit the correct quantity of reduced ALAM shares (Number of ALAM shares held / 10) if you wish to sell them from 01/07/2025 to 02/07/2025. Please ensure that all outstanding GTD orders for counter ALAM (if any) are cancelled before market open on 01/07/2025.
