ANNOUNCEMENT:

Scammers are becoming increasingly creative. One of the most alarming tactics they use is the family and friends emergency scam where they impersonate your loved ones or they impersonate the Bank. Under this tactic, the scammers would urgently request that you transfer money for the supposed emergency, either through phone calls, social media or emails. They exploit your emotions and trick you into transferring money quickly. 

Hence, we wish to caution you that should you receive such a call or message, do not respond. End the call immediately and delete the message. If in doubt, please contact our Helpdesk at 03-2031 0102 to verify.

• Contact you via personal phone numbers (except through your designated dealer or remisier),
• Send any SMS containing URLs or clickable links,
• Communicate with you via WhatsApp calls or messages.
